Vallejo for our annual Devotional Day Service. We had all

Elk
Grove Chapter Installation
of
Officers
March
21, 2009
Elk
Grove Chapter at 2:00 PM installed 15 officers. It was well
atteneded bywell over 125 people that included DeMolays, Jobs
Daughters, and Rainbow girls. Our sponsering body was in attendence
and Dad Mark Layborn brought greetings on behalf of Elk Grove
Lodge. Executive Officer Dad Mike A. Salazar presented Dad
Marin with an outstanding Advisor Award. Danny and Armando
were given their trophies for competing and winning at Nor-Cal's
PRIDE Tournament. The installation was done in fine order
by our very own PMC and Chevalier Vince Ewing, who was the
Installing Officer. For those that stayed for the reception
they were welcomed with delicous enchiladas and assorted snacks.
Thank you to all those that attended and those who helped
make this installation a success.

04.27. 2008 Pictures
April 27th
was no doubt an event that gave us the opportunity for DeMolay
exposure to more than 800 people in attendance throughout
the day. We participated in Senator Darrell Steinberg’s
and Assemblymember Dave Jones’ 7th Annual Passport to
Summer Youth Fair. It gave the youth of the community an oppurtunity
to meet our young men, find out more about our Masonic family,
and find out serveral great ways to spend a summer.
A special
thanks to Macauley, Jon, Joe and Austin. These young men were
our troopers from beginning to end!!! Great event filled with
fun and progress. The event was a success for not only us
but the community which was co-sponsered by the City of Sacramento
Parks and Recreation, AT& T, Molina, Firefighters for
Sacramento City, UC Davis Health System, Coca Cola, G &
S Produce, California Police Youth Charities.

Scandia Golf
and Entertainment center. We had an afternoon filled with
go-cart racing, minature golf, batting cages, video games,
and pizza.

We have been
practicing hard for the upcoming DeMolay
Olympics. We have been mostly working on our basketball
skills as we eye the top spot in all of Northern California.

Great installation, installed our new Master Councilor Darryl Killgore as
well as over 13 others.
